Malhar provides a platform to employees to express themselves and share how they see the world around them. We will continue to expand the platform, encourage wider participation and take these creative perspectives to larger audiences.”
For participants, Malhar has evolved into an annual platform to share their passion for photography. Mithila Pradhan, an employee and participant, shared, “I have been contributing photographs to Malhar for the past three years. With my friends participating this year as well, I found the experience particularly meaningful, especially seeing their photographs displayed alongside my own.”
