Trinetra times Korba<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 NTPC Korba, through its Employee Development Center (EDC), successfully organized a specialized training program on “Value-Based Family Life Management” today. The program was conducted in association with M\/s. Bhargav Management Consultants, featuring external faculty Mr. B. Ganesh. It took place on July 20, 2024, at NTPC Korba.<\/p>\n The training session was exclusively designed for members of MMS (Maitri Mahila Samiti) and spouses of NTPC Korba’s employees. A total of 17 participants actively engaged in the program, which focused on imparting essential skills and insights for maintaining harmonious family relationships and nurturing values within the family framework. During this training program, President, Maitri Mahila Samiti, Smt. Roli Khanna along with other senior members of Maitri Mahila Samiti were also present.<\/p>\n Commenting on the initiative, a representative from NTPC Korba highlighted the importance of such programs in enhancing the personal and familial well-being of its employees and their families.
